Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee color accuracy due to screen differences.

6. BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

7. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & DISPUTES (SHOPIFY PAYMENTS)

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount shown at checkout, including taxes, shipping, and fees.

All payments are processed through Shopify Payments or Shopify-approved third-party providers.

For dispute purposes:

  • An order is considered successfully delivered when carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

  • Claims of non-receipt, dissatisfaction, or unauthorized purchase do not override delivery confirmation or our posted policies.

  • Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by our Return, Refund & Purchase Options Policy, which is available prior to checkout and accepted at the time of purchase.

  • Failure to follow our return process or eligibility requirements may result in a denied refund.

We reserve the right to contest disputes using Shopify records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policy acceptance logs.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PRE-ORDERS

Some products may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders.

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically at the frequency selected at checkout

  • Pre-orders may be billed at checkout or prior to fulfillment

  • Subscription management is available through your customer account

  • Changes must be made before the next billing or processing date

All subscription and pre-order purchases are governed by our Return, Refund & Purchase Options Policy.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally. By placing an international order, you agree that:

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or local postal services

  • Orders refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties or customs issues are not eligible for a refund

  • Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of delivery

International orders follow the same return eligibility rules as domestic orders. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We may provide access to third-party tools or websites “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or transactions.

11. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

By submitting reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you grant ModeBeads a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for any purpose.

You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.
